To view all comment boxes (now referred to as "notes" in Excel) in your Excel spreadsheet, you can use the following methods:

Method 1: Show All Comments

1. Open your Excel workbook.
2. Navigate to the "Review" tab on the Ribbon.
3. Click on "Show All Comments." This will display all comments in the worksheet simultaneously.

Method 2: Use the Right-Click Context Menu

1. Select the cell that contains a comment.
2. Right-click on the cell.
3. Choose "Show/Hide Comments." You can do this for multiple cells to view their comments.

Method 3: Use Keyboard Shortcuts

• You can use Shift + F2 to add or edit comments in a selected cell. This method does not display all comments at once but allows quick access to individual comments.

Method 4: Print Comments

If you want a list of all comments:

1. Go to the "File" menu.
2. Select "Print."
3. In the print settings, you can select "Print Active Sheets," and under "Settings," choose "Print Markup" to include comments in your printout.
